Through our four core programs – Access, Community, Education, and Outreach – we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in the deaf, hard of hearing, and DeafBlind community. Access Services
Our Access Services is dedicated to ensuring equitable access to essential resources and opportunities, dismantling communication barriers for the deaf, hard of hearing and DeafBlind. We firmly believe that access is not a privilege, but a fundamental right for all.
Community Programs
Within our Community Programs, we nurture a sense of belonging and offer support to individuals and families in the deaf and hard of hearing community. Through our platform, shared experiences flourish, fostering meaningful connections and camaraderie.
Education
In our Education program, we champion knowledge and understanding. We provide training and resources to foster deaf awareness, enhance sign language proficiency, and promote cultural competency.
Outreach
In our Outreach program, we extend our reach beyond our immediate community, actively engaging with the broader public to foster inclusion, challenge stereotypes, and create a more inclusive society.

State employees can select DEAF, Inc. as their preferred charity can make pledges for the current calendar year. Many of the pledges are via payroll deduction but can be made with a one-time donation via cash or money order.
